What We Do

We create user-centered interface and experience designs that make your product visually appealing, intuitive to use, and aligned with your brand identity. Our process ensures that every interaction is purposeful and every screen guides the user seamlessly toward their goal.


What You Need to Provide

Before we begin, please prepare the following:

  1. Project Brief – Your product goals, target audience, and key features.

  2. Brand Assets – Logo, brand colors, typography, and any existing style guides.

  3. Reference Materials – Wireframes, competitor examples, or mood boards (if available).

  4. Content – Text, images, and other media you’d like to include in the design.

  5. Technical Requirements – Platforms, screen sizes, or frameworks you will be using.



Our Process

1. Discovery & Research (3–5 days)

  • Kick-off meeting to clarify goals, users, and scope.

  • Competitor analysis and user journey mapping.

2. Information Architecture (3–4 days)

  • Define content hierarchy, navigation, and screen flow.

  • Deliver sitemap and low-fidelity wireframes for approval.

3. UI Design & Prototyping (2–3 weeks)

  • Create high-fidelity designs in Figma (or preferred tool).

  • Build clickable prototypes for testing.

4. Feedback & Iteration (5–7 days)

  • Present designs, gather feedback, and make revisions.

  • Ensure designs align with usability best practices and brand identity.

5. Final Delivery (1–2 days)

  • Provide final design files (Figma/Sketch/XD).

  • Deliver UI style guide and design system for developers.

  • Interactive prototype link for demonstration.

1. Onboarding & Kick-Off

  • We start with a 60-minute onboarding call to understand your brand, goals, target audience, and design preferences.

  • You’ll share any existing brand assets (logo, guidelines, fonts, color palette, past campaigns) so we can ensure consistency.

  • Together, we’ll map out your monthly creative priorities — upcoming campaigns, events, product launches, or ongoing content needs.


2. Submitting Design Requests

  • You can submit requests anytime via our dedicated project portal, email, or Slack (we’ll set up your preferred workflow).

  • Each request should include your brief, deadline, and any references.

  • There’s no limit to the number of requests you can submit — we’ll work on them one at a time in priority order for maximum efficiency.


3. Creative Process & Delivery

  • Standard Turnaround: 2–3 business days for most tasks. Complex projects may take longer (we’ll confirm timelines upfront).

  • You’ll receive a draft version for review, with the option to request adjustments.

  • All revisions are included until you’re 100% satisfied with the design.


4. Communication & Collaboration

  • We’ll provide progress updates so you always know what’s in production.

  • You can schedule check-in calls as needed (weekly or bi-weekly) to align on priorities.

  • For urgent needs, we offer priority rush delivery within 24 hours when possible.


5. End-of-Month Wrap-Up

  • You’ll receive a Monthly Creative Report summarizing completed projects, hours saved, and key outcomes.

  • We’ll review what worked best and plan your next month’s priorities so we hit the ground running.
